Booking Policy
Deposit & Payment
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable for client-initiated cancellations.
No-Show Policy
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Clients who no-show may be required to prepay the full service amount for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
• Deposits will not be refunded for appointments affected by late arrival.
Policy Agreement
• By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to all booking, cancellation, and no-show policies.
